Please be aware that your mobile service provider may impose charges for accessing the site or for usage, such as data or SMS charges, depending on your contract. Diaspora Meds is not responsible for any such charges.

Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions
By creating and using a wallet account with Diaspora Meds, you agree to the terms outlined in this section. If you do not agree with these terms, do not register for a wallet account. Diaspora Meds reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Wallet constitutes acceptance of any changes. In addition to these terms, using the Wallet is also subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with Diaspora Meds, its affiliates, and any third-party service providers. You agree to receive communications confirming the setup of your Wallet. If additional information is required to complete your wallet registration, you may be asked to provide such information.

Payment via Credit and Debit Cards (PayFast)
Diaspora Meds accepts payments via credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, through our secure payment provider, PayFast. Our service provider guarantees that your payment information is secure. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction and may incur additional charges if the transaction is rejected.

Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Diaspora Meds accepts payments via electronic funds transfer at our sole discretion. Orders will not be processed until proof of payment is received. Diaspora Meds reserves the right to charge any additional banking or service fees incurred through this payment method.

Digital Communication and Records
By using the Diaspora Meds site or communicating with us digitally, you consent to receiving communications through various digital channels. Digital records will serve as evidence unless proven otherwise. Diaspora Meds takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information and maintain confidentiality, including using encryption technology. General Provisions

No Waiver
No failure or delay by Diaspora Meds in exercising any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions will be construed as a waiver of such rights. Any waiver must be explicitly stated in writing.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
